Cookie Policy
Overview
This Cookie Policy explains how Swyft, Inc., a Texas corporation ("Swyft," "we," or "us"), uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit www.swyft.co and its subpages (the "Website").
This Cookie Policy supplements our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share personal information more generally. Capitalized terms that are not defined here have the meanings given in our Terms of Service.
This Cookie Policy applies to the Website. It does not apply to the Swyft platform, which is governed by your MSA.

How We Use Cookies
We use Cookies and Similar Technologies for the following purposes:
- Strictly necessary. To deliver the Website securely, protect it from abuse and automated traffic, and screen form submissions for spam. The Website cannot work properly without these.
- Visitor identification and marketing. To recognize returning visitors, learn which businesses and professionals visit the Website, and follow up with information about the Services that may interest them. Section 05 describes this in detail.
- Scheduling. To let you book a meeting with our team through an embedded calendar.
Information collected through Cookies is handled as described in this Cookie Policy and our Privacy Policy.

Scheduling
- Cal.com. Our demo confirmation page and our event pages embed a Cal.com booking calendar. When the calendar loads, Cal.com sets the __cf_bm Third-Party Cookie on cal.com to detect automated traffic, which lasts 30 minutes. Cal.com may set other Cookies if you use the calendar, under its own privacy policy.
Visitor Identification
We use RB2B, a service of GetEmails, LLC, doing business as Retention.com, to learn which businesses and professionals visit the Website. When you visit, RB2B's script collects information such as your IP address, approximate location, device and browser type, the pages you view, and the page that referred you.
RB2B and its identity partners may match this information with professional profile information from their own data sources, such as your name, job title, employer, business email address, and the address of your LinkedIn profile. When a match is made, RB2B provides that information to us.
We use this information to understand interest in the Services and to contact you about them. We may combine it with information you give us directly, such as when you request a demo, and with business contact information we obtain from data providers.
RB2B and its identity partners process this information under their own privacy policies. You can opt out of RB2B identification as described in Section 06.
Your Choices
Browser settings. Most browsers let you view, block, and delete Cookies and clear local storage. Blocking strictly necessary Cookies may stop parts of the Website, such as forms, from working.
RB2B. You can opt out of identification by RB2B at app.retention.com/optout. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland can also use RB2B's GDPR opt-out at rb2b.com/rb2b-gdpr-opt-out.
LiveIntent. You can opt out of LiveIntent's Cookie-based identification at liveintent.com/ad-choices.
Industry tools. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising by participating companies through the Network Advertising Initiative at optout.networkadvertising.org and the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info.
Opt-outs apply to the browser and device you use when you make them, and many rely on a Cookie to remember your choice. If you delete Cookies or switch browsers or devices, you may need to opt out again.
Browser Signals
Do Not Track. There is no common industry standard for responding to Do Not Track signals, and the Website does not currently respond to them.
Global Privacy Control. Where required by applicable law, we treat a Global Privacy Control signal sent by your browser as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information associated with that browser. [Confirm before publishing that the Website is set up to honor this signal.]
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over personal information collected through Cookies, including the rights described in Section 08 of our Privacy Policy. To exercise them, contact us at legal@swyft.co. We will respond within 30 days and may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, including when we add, remove, or change the Cookies we use. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and post a notice on the Website.
Your continued use of the Website after the effective date means the updated Cookie Policy applies to your visit.
