Accessibility Statement
Our Commitment
Swyft, Inc., a Texas corporation ("Swyft," "we," or "us"), is committed to making its website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities and people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, speech recognition software, and keyboard-only navigation.
This Accessibility Statement applies to www.swyft.co and its subpages (the "Website"). [Confirm before publishing whether this statement also covers the Swyft platform at app.swyft.co, or whether the platform will have its own statement.]
We treat accessibility as an ongoing obligation rather than a one-time project, and we welcome feedback on how we can do better.
Standards We Follow
We aim for the Website to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines ("WCAG") 2.2 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). WCAG explains how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.
Americans with Disabilities Act. The Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA") prohibits discrimination on the basis of disability by businesses open to the public. The U.S. Department of Justice has not adopted a technical standard for private-sector websites and has pointed businesses to WCAG as helpful guidance. We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as our benchmark for meeting our obligations under the ADA.
Section 508. Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 requires federal agencies to make the information and communication technology they develop, buy, and use accessible. The Revised 508 Standards incorporate WCAG 2.0 Level AA for web content. WCAG 2.2 Level AA builds on WCAG 2.0 Level AA, so we use it to cover the web content requirements of the Revised 508 Standards as well.
Conformance Status
The Website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the standard.
This assessment is based on automated testing of ten key pages of the Website on October 9, 2026, using axe-core, a widely used accessibility testing engine. Automated testing finds only some kinds of accessibility issues. [Add the date of manual testing with a keyboard and screen readers once it is complete.]
Known Limitations
We are aware of the following limitations and are working to fix them. [Add a target date for each fix before publishing.]
- Color contrast. Some text does not have enough contrast with its background, including small labels and blue accent words on dark backgrounds, and light grey navigation labels on our legal pages. (WCAG 1.4.3)
- Moving content. A list of example questions on the home page rotates every few seconds, cannot be paused, and does not respond to the reduced-motion setting. (WCAG 2.2.2)
- Skipping repeated content. Most pages do not yet offer a way to skip the navigation menu and go straight to the main content. (WCAG 2.4.1)
- Page language. The Website does not yet identify its language to assistive technology, which can affect how screen readers pronounce text. (WCAG 3.1.1)
- Link names. On the Integrations page, the logo link that returns to the home page has no text name for screen readers. (WCAG 2.4.4 and 4.1.2)
- Page titles. The browser title of our Privacy Policy page does not match its content. (WCAG 2.4.2)
- Target size. Some footer links are smaller than the minimum size for pointer targets. (WCAG 2.5.8)
How We Work on Accessibility
- We build pages with native HTML structure, including headings, lists, links, and labeled form fields, so assistive technology can interpret them.
- Our scroll animations respect the reduced-motion setting in your operating system or browser.
- We review new pages against WCAG 2.2 Level AA before we publish them.
- We test with automated tools and are adding manual testing with a keyboard and screen readers.
Third-Party Content
Some parts of the Website rely on third-party services, including the Cal.com calendar we use to schedule meetings. We cannot fully control the accessibility of third-party content. If you have trouble using it, contact us using the details in Section 09 and we will schedule a meeting with you by email or phone.
Procurement and Section 508
Public-sector and other customers that need accessibility documentation for procurement can request an Accessibility Conformance Report for the Swyft platform, based on the Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT). [Confirm before publishing whether a report is available or in preparation.]
Technical Specifications
The accessibility of the Website relies on HTML, CSS, and JavaScript working with your browser and any assistive technology you use.
