Data, not guesswork, will win tomorrow's cases. Our mission is to redefine how law firms operate.
Curiosity fuels everything we do at Swyft. We founded the company to free firms from spreadsheet drudgery and give them the live, trustworthy numbers they need to act quickly and confidently. Inside our walls, Radical Candor gives feedback its edge and its empathy. Clear, kind conversations keep projects honest and momentum high. Extreme Ownership means no one here points fingers—if a project slips, the whole team tightens the loop. Lastly, Smart Brevity reminds us that we don't need (or want) a novel to act; we need the one sentence that matters now.
This culture powers our craft: stitching scattered practice data into real impact that compounds results quarter after quarter. The outcome is an immensely rewarding workplace and client experience where evidence outruns instinct, improvements never stop, and wins are shared loudly. If that vision resonates with you—whether you're a firm looking for clarity or a data‑minded professional seeking purpose—you’ll fit right in here at Swyft.

A former Coast Guardsman turned two‑time founder, Brandon blends military precision with product‑strategy rigor. After scaling marketing and product ops at DeliSwift, he became Director of Strategy at Kotlar, Hernandez & Cohen—one of New Jersey’s largest plaintiff‑injury firms—where he used data dashboards, AI, and automation to build better, more consistent systems. At Swyft he channels that mix of discipline, growth mindset, and legal‑domain insight to help firms move from gut feel to evidence‑based action.

A repeat founder turned venture‑capital operator, Chris brings an VC lens to everything we build at Swyft. After founding DeliSwift, he joined an early‑stage fund where he led diligence and portfolio support—most notably for Gaia, a decentralized‑AI company pushing the boundaries of open models. That tour honed his knack for spotting scalable economics inside technical complexity. Today, he applies the same rigor to swyft's business, structuring data-forward teams and processes that help us meet the ROI bar of any VC term sheet while staying grounded in day‑to‑day firm realities.

Katie brings a rare blend of analytical rigor and legal industry insight. She honed her skills inside Filevine's product adoption ecosystem, led tech enablement at a renowned injury firm, and most recently served at a leading legal tech optimization firm, where she built hundreds of dashboards and trained attorneys to think like analysts. Now, she’s reunited with Brandon from their earlier Data Analytics days to turn messy matter data into actionable forecasts. Proficient in both SQL and courtroom discourse, Katie ensures critical insights land where firm decisions happen.
Our role is to make your work more possible, focused, and durable.
Adoption Engineering
Data only matters if we use it. We embed micro‑workflows, role‑based alerts, and real-time coaching so every attorney and paralegal acts on the numbers without prompting, and without thinking twice. Usage audits and quick‑hit trainings keep adoption above 90 % long after launch.
Compound Improvement
Our work isn't a one‑and‑done. Our 90‑day cycles layer small optimizations—new KPIs, tighter forecasts, automated nudges—until the gains compound. Each quarter you get a refreshed roadmap and clear next targets, turning continuous improvement into a firm habit.
