Two friends—Brandon P. and Chris C.—launched a “digital bodega” in 2019, just ahead of the pandemic. We built smart internal tools to manage inventory and optimize routes, delivered in under 20 minutes, and scaled to $25K MRR with grassroots marketing. While Brandon led legal-tech strategy by day, Chris worked on early-stage ventures in the AI and Web3 space. Nights were spent solving data problems for DTC brands and SaaS founders—a proving ground that sharpened our approach and laid the groundwork for what came next. - Swyft (2025).
The consulting side hustle became the main gig. Today we’re a fractional data team for law firms - building dashboards, ETLs, and KPI systems that turn messy case, marketing, and finance data into daylight-clear decisions.
